Bakehouse Art Complex hosted the exhibition titled RUTA 2010 curated by Nina Torres in Wynwood/Miami on September 10, 2010. The show will run until October 1, 2010.

Arteamericas 2010

This week at the Miami Beach Convention Center more than 200 galleries from around Latinamerica showed their artists' work at arteamericas 2010. Laura Villarreal's work is showcased by GDS Gallery, along with other six mexican fellow members of the Mexican Artists in Miami group which is sponsored by the Mexican Cultural Institute.

Laura Villarreal opens studio in Monterrey, MX

Studio 401 by Laura Villarrreal starts in Monterrey, MX. We had some friends over to see the place and have a drink.

Gretel Franz, Karla Angeles and Asencio Carrion were among those visiting Laura's studio.

ArteAmericas Art Fair 2009

ArteAmericas 2009 hosted a Mexican Pavillion sponsored by the Mexican Cultural Institute in Miami. They invited ten artists to participate in the show. Laura, was among the selected.
